This semester, I have 8 am classes every day. I am not a morning person, so I need to get up earlier than I’d prefer. A lot earlier. But the routine is the same every morning. The regular sleep schedule, as much as I hate alarm clocks and regular schedules, helps me produce more and feel better. I get more of my work done at work. I’ve learned this before, but sometimes I need a reminder. I really do feel better and get more done if I keep a mostly regular sleep schedule.
