Path to Happiness

“If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion,” said the Dalai Lama.

Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary defines compassion as, “sympathetic consciousness of others’ distress together with a desire to alleviate it.”

So if we want to be happy, try to help others, especially when they’re distressed.

How? When? Where? How Much? Try starting small and noticing the results. Peace.
