Remedy for Long-Term Tired

A wise friend of mine sometimes observes that at the end of a semester, she is long-term tired.  A bit worn down.   Low reserves.  That’s the point at which little doubts enter my mind.  Is this the right path?  Do I know what to do?  Are we there yet?

As we get close to Christmas, I hope that you take some time to rest, to recharge.  Instead of filling every minute, pause and enjoy something simple for just a few minutes.   Today.   Just 15 minutes.  A bit of music.  The quiet beauty of a clear winter’s day.  A walk.  That call to a friend.
