Sometimes I have to remind myself to keep my mouth shut and my ears open, so that I can learn the easy way… from someone else. Frequently I watch people I care about walk smack into brick walls because they refused to listen to everyone trying to give a little advice. People clearly have to learn the hard way sometimes, and make their own mistakes. That’s tough to watch.
