Excuses

“Excuses rob you of power and induce apathy,” said Agnes Whistling Elk.

Every time I’ve made an excuse, it’s been for something that I possibly could have done (coulda shoulda woulda).   And it made me feel less capable, because after awhile I sort of believed the excuse.   I robbed myself by being less capable than I was able.  Not going to kick myself for past mistakes, but I will try not to repeat them!
